Soteria Homes was founded by a qualified Physiotherapist and a Business Analyst — two professionals who understood both the human side of housing and the discipline needed to run an exceptional property business.
Having worked alongside NHS staff, contractors, and corporate employees who struggled to find clean, well-managed, short-to-medium term accommodation, we built the company around that need. Today we serve working professionals, contractors and corporate clients — including NHS and hospital staff and employees of industry leaders such as Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and other major regional employers.
Operating successfully for over two years. Our portfolio spans Bristol (BS34 & BS10), Cardiff, and Swansea — and we continue to grow through trusted partnerships with Andrews Letting Agents, RG Property, and private landlords who share our commitment to quality.
