How we vet our contractors
To protect our tenants and properties, all contractors go through a straightforward vetting process before being added to our approved list.

Review & conversation
We review your application and, where appropriate, arrange a brief call to learn more about your experience and availability.

Referencing & verification
We verify your insurance, any required qualifications (Gas Safe, NICEIC, etc.) and may request references from previous clients.

First assignment
Approved contractors are added to our approved list and allocated work as needs arise, starting with a trial assignment where possible.
Referencing & vetting
